Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned Priority Clients, understanding their financial goals and personal circumstances.
- Provide tailored financial solutions, including deposits, investments, insurance, and wealth management products to meet client needs.
- Actively prospect and acquire new high-net-worth clients to grow the Priority Banking portfolio.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure client strategies remain aligned with market conditions and life changes.
- Collaborate with product specialists and bank partners to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal compliance policies, banking regulations, and risk management frameworks.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, client proposals, and documentation for financial transactions.
- Support the senior Relationship Managers in complex client cases and daily operational duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking products (deposits, loans, investments, insurance) and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong sales acumen.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Relevant certifications such as CMFAS (M1A, M5, M5A, M9, M9A) are highly preferred.
