Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with showroom visitors to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Perform detailed product demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing the deal.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to assist clients with loan applications and vehicle registration.
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-performance retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential buyers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin (additional dialects are an advantage).
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
