Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with showroom visitors to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Perform detailed product demonstrations and test drives to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle specifications, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the finance department to assist clients with loan applications and vehicle registration.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-performance retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential buyers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin (additional dialects are an advantage).
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
