Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and build rapport to identify best-fit KIA models
- Demonstrate vehicle features, safety technologies, and trim differences to help customers compare options
- Coordinate test drives, discuss financing plans, promotions, and optional add-ons to close sales
- Prepare sales agreements, warranties, and delivery documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KIA product line, promotions, and service packages
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with service and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of automotive sales or retail sales experience; passion for cars and customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malay and English; additional languages a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Physically capable of showroom activities; able to work weekends/evenings if needed
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Valid driving license and professional, presentable appearance
