Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for automotive electronics and upgrades across Malaysia/Singapore markets
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive dealerships and retail partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and product opportunities
- Create compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations for high-value clients
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust pricing/promotional strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure market-aligned offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in automotive sales with 2+ years in management role
- Proven track record in selling car electronics, audio systems, or vehicle upgrades
- Strong understanding of Malaysian/Singaporean automotive market dynamics
