You will drive the modernization of our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security compliance, and optimal performance. Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-level network solutions.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and high availability of critical network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and network strategies.
- Oversee network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee network equipment lifecycle management.
- Mentor and develop a team of network engineers and technical staff.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in network architecture and engineering.
- Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies and infrastructure management.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud networking integration (Azure, AWS, or VMware) is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
