Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives within Group Operations, driving process automation and innovation
- Analyze current operational workflows and design scalable digital solutions leveraging emerging technologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and define implementation roadmaps
- Manage complex projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms across operational teams
- Monitor and optimize digital solution performance using data analytics
- Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth digital adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence roles
- Strong background in banking/financial services operations with digital transformation exposure
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean)
- Proficiency in digital tools: RPA, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data analytics, and process mining
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
