Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing and nurturing B2B client accounts.
- Process customer orders accurately and timely, coordinating with logistics and fulfillment.
- Maintain upātoādate client databases and sales records in CRM systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and client events.
- Monitor payment processing and follow up on outstanding invoices with finance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1ā2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detailāoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastāpaced environment.
- Knowledge of the sports or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
