Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B clients in the digital marketing sector
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Present and demonstrate digital marketing solutions to decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- Valid work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore
