Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead end-to-end development of OEM and private-label partnerships for Sin Tai Hing Oyster Sauce Factory. Based in Shah Alam, you will drive revenue by acquiring new business, deepening existing relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to tailor our premium sauces for discerning brands.
In this role, you will own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding. You will work with product, marketing, and operations to craft compelling OEM/private-label proposals that meet customers' specifications, quality and regulatory requirements. You will build a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and deliver growth across domestic and regional markets.
As a frontline ambassador for our brand, you will negotiate win-win contracts, manage key accounts, and develop channel partnerships with distributors, retailers, and manufacturers seeking reliable private-label solutions. You will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities to expand our footprint in the food ingredients sector. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic seller who can combine relationship-building with data-driven decision making, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end B2B sales for OEM and private-label partnerships, from prospecting to contract onboarding.
- Develop and manage channel partnerships, distributors, and strategic accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Create and present tailored OEM/private-label proposals, aligning product specs, pricing, and quality requirements.
- Forecast revenue, manage a robust sales pipeline, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations to customize offerings and ensure quality standards.
- Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and oversee onboarding and initial orders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retain key accounts, and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, food ingredients, or OEM/private-label environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts.
- Experience in channel development, partner management, and complex negotiations.
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication in English and Malay; strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers (up to 20-30%).
