In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between BNI Life and the BNI banking network, driving the sale of individual insurance products directly to bank clients. We are looking for a motivated professional who can identify sales opportunities, educate customers on our comprehensive insurance solutions, and contribute to the company's growth in the Bancassurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cross-selling and up-selling of BNI Life insurance products to BNI bank customers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Bank BNI branch personnel and customers.
- Provide professional product presentations and clarify insurance concepts to potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with the underwriting team to process applications efficiently.
- Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for Bancassurance products.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or the banking/insurance industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Indonesian and English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
- Willingness to be stationed at a Bank BNI branch in Jakarta Selatan.
