Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions in Jayapura and surrounding areas.
- Identify and negotiate new bancassurance opportunities to expand the companyâs market presence.
- Design and present customized insurance product proposals that align with partner banksâ customer profiles.
- Conduct training sessions for bank staff on insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, sales results, and forecast updates for management.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all bancassurance operations.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and underwriting teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or banking partnership management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building longâterm business relationships.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, banking operations, and regulatory environment in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossâfunctional team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with data analysis is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Papua region as needed.
