You will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by proactively engaging with bank visitors, identifying their financial service needs, and demonstrating how digital tools can make their banking journey faster, safer, and more convenient. Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers entering the bank branch to understand their financial needs.
  • Provide guided tutorials and demonstrations on the bank’s mobile application and digital self-service kiosks.
  • Identify opportunities to transition walk-in customers to digital platforms, reducing branch wait times.
  • Educate customers on the security features and benefits of digital banking services.
  • Assist customers in navigating digital tools to perform basic banking transactions autonomously.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting digital station environment.
  • Report customer feedback and technical issues regarding digital platforms to management.
  • Achieve daily engagement targets and promote digital adoption rates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Comfortable with technology and capable of explaining digital concepts to others clearly.
  • Ability to remain patient and calm when assisting customers with varying levels of digital literacy.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or the banking industry is highly preferred.
  • Available to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Hours: 10 AM – 3 PM and 9 AM – 1 PM).
  • Highly proactive with a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
