Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with bank customers to understand their specific banking needs and preferences.
- Educate and guide customers on the features and benefits of the bank's digital platforms, including mobile banking, online banking, and self-service kiosks.
- Assist customers with the setup and navigation of digital services, troubleshooting basic issues as they arise.
- Identify opportunities to introduce and refer customers to relevant digital products, services, or promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless digital adoption journey for all clients.
- Gather valuable customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of digital services and user experience.
- Stay informed about the latest digital banking trends, product updates, and security best practices.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking operations is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and patiently.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile applications, web platforms, and digital tools.
- A proactive, friendly, and helpful attitude with a genuine desire to assist customers.
