Responsibilities

  • Event Execution: Actively participate in and execute roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events across the Central Region.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell banking products, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and insurance plans to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and positive manner to understand their financial needs.
  • Lead Generation: Collect customer leads and contact details during events for follow-up by the sales team.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and professional conduct to represent the Forte Employment Services brand effectively.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding banking services and promotional offers.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in setting up event booths and maintaining event materials as required.

Qualifications

  • Education: GCE 'O' Level or 'N' Level qualification or higher.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the banking sector is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as per event schedules.
