Elitez Group is seeking a dedicated Bank UAT Tester to join our team on a contract basis in the heart of Raffles Place. In this role, you will play a critical part in the software development lifecycle, ensuring that our banking applications meet the highest standards of functionality, security, and user experience before they go live.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust test scenarios, executing rigorous functional tests, and providing actionable feedback to our engineering teams. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirement documents.
- Execute functional and regression testing to identify defects and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Track, log, and report bugs using industry-standard defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform end-to-end testing to validate system workflows and data integrity within the banking environment.
- Participate in user meetings to gather feedback and refine testing approaches based on evolving project needs.
- Ensure all testing documentation is maintained and compliant with internal banking regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in software testing, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and UAT methodologies.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and professional test documentation.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, or Bugzilla).
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a project-based contract role.
