Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth KYC/CDD reviews for new and existing clients
- Monitor transactions for suspicious AML activities and prepare SAR reports
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and international AML standards
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation and audit trails
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement compliance controls
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Investigate and resolve compliance discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years' KYC/AML/CDD experience in banking/finance
- Strong knowledge of Singapore MAS regulations
- CAMS or CCEP certification preferred
- Proficiency in compliance monitoring tools
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
