Responsibilities
- Drive sales by engaging walk in customers and guiding them through suitable banking products including accounts, loans, deposits and cards
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using the bank database provided
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering high quality customer service
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, eligibility, and benefits
- Process routine transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Collaborate with senior teammates to resolve customer needs and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and follow up on opportunities
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge trainings to stay updated
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
