Responsibilities
- Provide professional aesthetic consultations and customized beauty treatments to clients.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with an existing client base.
- Perform high-quality facial and body aesthetic procedures ensuring client comfort and safety.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products and treatment plans to meet client beauty goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the treatment rooms and equipment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through genuine advice and professional service.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beautician, Aesthetics Consultant, or relevant beauty role.
- Must possess an existing/loyal client base.
- Strong knowledge of skin analysis, aesthetic treatments, and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-centric personality.
- Relevant certification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a team structure.
