Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their skincare concerns and recommending suitable products and treatments.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Yakson Beauty’s product line, ingredients, and techniques to confidently address client questions.
- Build and nurture a loyal client base through follow-ups, appointment setting, and after-sales support.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor that reflects brand standards.
- Participate in product training sessions and team meetings to stay current with industry trends.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring positive resolutions.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for beauty and skincare; willingness to learn about advanced treatments and ingredients.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays in Orchard.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Possess a pleasant disposition and professional grooming.
- Singaporean or PR preferred; candidates with relevant experience and valid work passes may apply.
