Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a BIM Manager and spearhead digital transformation in construction projects. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, ensuring seamless coordination between multidisciplinary teams, and driving clash resolution to optimize project efficiency. This role requires expertise in managing 3D/4D/5D models, implementing BIM standards, and supporting Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) initiatives. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver integrated digital solutions while maintaining compliance with industry best practices. Responsibilities
- Manage BIM model development, coordination, and quality control across all project phases
- Lead clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks/BIM 360 tools
- Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows
- Support VDC/IDD project delivery through digital integration and visualization
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance
- Train and mentor staff on BIM software and best practices
- Generate progress reports and documentation for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5+ years of BIM management experience in construction projects
- Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms
- Certification in BIM management (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Strong understanding of VDC/IDD methodologies
- Experience with clash detection and coordination processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
