Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of block common areas, staircases, and washrooms.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a spotless environment.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal in accordance with regulations.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning tasks and special projects as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance, neat hair, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
