Responsibilities
- Engage with branch customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate EastWest products and services.
- Participate in structured sales training modules covering retail banking solutions, regulatory compliance, and effective communication.
- Assist branch staff in daily operations, including cash handling, account opening, and customer service activities.
- Track and report on personal sales performance metrics, striving to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Collaborate with team members to develop branchâspecific sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the bankâs CRM system.
- Attend workshops and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in sales and a passion for the banking sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customerâcentric mindset and a proactive approach to problemâsolving.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn banking software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, as required by branch operations.
