As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for the overall P&L, operational integrity, and service quality of the branch. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve sales targets, deposit growth, and loan portfolio expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of banking professionals to maintain high morale and service performance standards.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring full compliance with BSP regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and local corporate accounts to grow the bank's market share.
- Manage the branch P&L, ensuring operational efficiency and strict adherence to budget and risk management guidelines.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in the Panabo area.
- Champion customer service excellence, ensuring that all branch staff deliver a seamless and professional experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in branch banking, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in driving business growth, achieving sales quotas, and managing branch operations.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.
- Strong network and deep understanding of the business landscape in the Davao/Panabo region.
