Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic business plans to achieve branch sales targets and growth objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the branch team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional development.
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to maximize business opportunities and customer retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Sorsogon area to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of service quality and ensure consistent customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Ensure strict compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, audit requirements, and risk management protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch profitability.
- Strong understanding of Philippine banking regulations, financial products, and credit operations.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
