Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch office to ensure smooth and efficient workflows

- Manage collateral documentation, evaluations, and asset monitoring processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and operational goals
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance, financials, and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management or supervisory role within financial services
- Proven track record in business development and branch profitability management
- Strong understanding of collateral management and evaluation processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
