Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staff supervision, workflow optimization, and administrative oversight.
- Oversee the collateral evaluation and loan processing workflow to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and execute local marketing and business development strategies to increase branch loan portfolio and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, providing regular reports to regional management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and professional dispute resolution.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal audit standards and regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
- Mentor and coach branch personnel to achieve individual and team-based sales targets.
- Manage branch facility upkeep and ensure security protocols for collateral assets are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in branch management, credit, or loan operations within the financing industry.
- Strong understanding of collateral-based lending processes and risk assessment principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business growth and profitability targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high level of integrity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
