Job Description

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager - Sales for our Santo Rosario branch in Bulacan. This senior sales leadership role is focused on growing the customer base, maximizing cross-sell opportunities, and delivering a best-in-class banking experience. You will lead the branch's sales plan, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with RCBC’s Retail Banking Group goals. You will collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams to optimize customer journeys, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include driving sales performance, coaching and developing the branch team, boosting deposit growth and loan originations, fostering community relationships, and executing targeted local campaigns. You will analyze market data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, set clear targets, and translate strategy into action. You will also champion risk management, AML/KYC compliance, and internal controls while maintaining operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the branch sales plan and ensure achievement of Retail Banking Group targets.
  • Develop and implement customer acquisition, cross-selling, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage performance of sales officers and service staff.
  • Manage daily branch operations, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and community partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Credit to optimize campaigns and product offers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in retail banking with sales leadership or branch management.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of RCBC products and services, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements.
  • Data-driven with proficiency in CRM, analytics, or banking systems.
