Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed branch profitability and deposit growth targets.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire branch personnel to maintain high service standards and peak sales performance.
  • Actively grow the branch’s customer base by identifying local business opportunities and building strategic community partnerships.
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to BSP regulations, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
  • Drive the cross-selling of retail banking products, including loans, credit cards, and investment instruments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to regional leadership on branch performance.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns to ensure customer retention and maintain brand reputation within the local market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in sales generation and business development within the banking sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
