Responsibilities
- Act as a universal operations support officer, providing coverage for temporary vacancies within the branch and surrounding area.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including cash management, teller operations, and transaction processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Supervise and train junior staff to maintain high operational standards and service quality.
- Coordinate with branch management to optimize workflow, reduce turnaround times, and enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and review operational reports, audits, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a branch setting.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, and internal controls.
- Proven ability to lead and train a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Willingness to work onsite in Balanga City, Bataan, and travel to nearby branches as needed.
