Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the Baliuag area to expand the bank's customer base.
- Promote and sell various bank products and services, including loans, credit cards, and investment accounts.
- Provide expert financial advice tailored to the specific needs and goals of individual and business clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and effective problem-solving.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the branch management.
- Collaborate with branch operations and credit teams to ensure smooth account opening and loan processing.
- Represent Security Bank in local community events and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong aptitude for building relationships and networking within the local community.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic banking software.
