Responsibilities
- Develop and implement localized sales strategies to increase branch revenue and dealer productivity.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our community of independent dealers.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and mentoring sessions to improve the sales performance of the dealer force.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management.
- Organize and facilitate sales meetings, product launches, and dealer recognition events.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient branch operations to support sales activities.
- Identify new market opportunities within the Camarines Norte region to expand our dealer base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or team supervision, preferably in the direct selling or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (English and local dialect).
- Ability to work independently and manage branch operations with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel and perform field work within the designated territory.
