Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement localized sales strategies to increase branch revenue and dealer productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our community of independent dealers.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and mentoring sessions to improve the sales performance of the dealer force.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable reports to management.
  • Organize and facilitate sales meetings, product launches, and dealer recognition events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient branch operations to support sales activities.
  • Identify new market opportunities within the Camarines Norte region to expand our dealer base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or team supervision, preferably in the direct selling or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (English and local dialect).
  • Ability to work independently and manage branch operations with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel and perform field work within the designated territory.
