Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding customers on banking products
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all branch transactions and customer records
- Assist in cash management and ensure proper handling of cash drawers and reconciliations
- Support branch marketing activities and promotional campaigns to attract new customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service, retail banking, or related field
- Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in basic mathematical computations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and local dialect
- Completed at least 2 years of college education (Business Administration or related course preferred)
- Basic knowledge of banking operations, products, and services
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Willingness to work in Abulog, Cagayan and adapt to provincial work environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
