Responsibilities
- Represent Royal Org at promotional events, retail locations, and community activations
- Engage with potential customers to introduce and explain our products and services
- Distribute marketing materials and collect customer contact information for lead generation
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event booths and displays
- Provide feedback to management on customer reactions and market trends
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence that reflects the brand’s image
- Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and sales techniques
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required — full training will be provided
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching strangers
- Reliable and able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg
- Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
