Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end broker accreditation processes for Australian mortgage lending operations
- Verify broker documentation and compliance with Australian financial regulations
- Conduct periodic audits of broker performance and accreditation status
- Collaborate with AU lending team to resolve accreditation-related inquiries
- Implement accreditation policies and update procedures per regulatory changes
- Maintain accurate records of broker accreditations and renewal timelines

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in broker accreditations or mortgage compliance
- Deep understanding of Australian mortgage lending regulations (ASIC, NCCP)
- Proven ability to manage accreditation documentation and verification processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance details
- Excellent communication skills for broker relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accreditation management software
