Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive daily building operations, ensuring seamless facility performance and high service standards.
- Manage and supervise third-party contractors, security teams, and cleaning vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
- Handle tenant communications, resolve facility-related issues, and ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Manage the building’s operational budget, including tracking expenses, procurement, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental health standards.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial property management or facility operations.
- Strong knowledge of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and relevant safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary facility teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse tenant and stakeholder requirements.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive during building emergencies.
