Responsibilities
- Assist the Centre Manager in the overall operational management and administration of assigned properties.
- Oversee and coordinate daily building operations, maintenance, and repair services to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
- Manage and supervise third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and budget.
- Cultivate strong tenant relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor property safety and security procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and contribute to financial reporting for the property.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, potential hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local statutory requirements, building codes, and environmental health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in building or property management, preferably within a commercial or mixed-use portfolio in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of building mechanical and electrical systems, as well as facilities management best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in relevant property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Singapore.
