Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document clear requirements and user stories.
- Map and optimize current business processes; identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency using BPMN and other modeling techniques.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams and external vendors, supporting solution design and integration efforts.
- Define acceptance criteria, assist in test planning, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure quality outcomes.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights to measure impact and guide decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder communications, provide timely updates, and ensure alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
- Assist with risk assessment, change management, and documentation to support project delivery and ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ICT or technology environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven requirements gathering and process modeling abilities.
- Proficiency in BPMN, writing user stories, and working with agile methodologies; familiarity with Jira/Confluence is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of data analysis and basic SQL is advantageous; ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
