We are currently seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Information & Communication Technology team. This role is critical in ensuring that our technology investments deliver maximum value and align with business objectives.
As a Business Analyst at Citco, you will work closely with our IT Project Manager and business unit managers to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and document processes. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to implementation and post-launch assessment. Your analytical skills will be used to identify trends, solve complex problems, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a robust background in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results in a technology-driven environment. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will be the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Additionally, you should be familiar with project management frameworks such as Agile or Scrum.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with financial services is a plus
