Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to support decision‑making and solution design.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
- Assist in the development of test cases, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of processes, workflows, and system specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Ability to produce clear, concise reports, diagrams, and process flows.
