Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by establishing validation rules and conducting regular audits.
- Support the implementation of data‑driven initiatives by translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for reporting tools and analytical applications.
- Monitor KPI performance and prepare executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Stay current with emerging BI technologies and recommend enhancements to the analytics roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
