As a Business Analyst at SNSoft, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and facilitating workshops to ensure clear understanding across cross‑functional teams. You will also support the project lifecycle by assisting in test planning, user acceptance testing, and change management activities. Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Assist in creating process flow diagrams, use case models, and data mapping documents.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate training sessions for end‑users.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and serve as a point of contact for change requests.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analysing current processes and proposing optimisations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role within the ICT industry.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in preparing clear documentation.
- Experience with requirement gathering techniques such as interviews, workshops, and use case modelling.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and basic knowledge of SQL or data modelling is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
