Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements in the logistics industry
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, data models, and functional specifications
- Support the implementation of new systems or improvements to existing ones
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the logistics industry
- Proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
