Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation, customization, and maintenance of enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, and SCM systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in application development, testing, and deployment projects
- Analyze business requirements to translate technical solutions into operational improvements
- Manage application security protocols, performance monitoring, and compliance frameworks
- Develop and execute digital transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate with vendors for system integrations, upgrades, and technical support
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure application effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in business application management with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and SCM platforms
- Strong project management certification (PMP/Agile/Scrum) preferred
- Proven track record in application lifecycle management and digital transformation
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in process optimization
