Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns affecting sales and marketing performance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and conversion rates.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Create compelling data stories to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Forecast sales trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
