Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business leads through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their technical needs.
- Present and demonstrate Radtelcom’s service offerings effectively to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning proposals and service packages.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
- Participate in team strategy meetings to discuss market trends and sales improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
