We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development (Chinese) professional to join our team in Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships and channel relationships to expand our market presence across Chinese-speaking markets. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful onboarding of partners.

Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic channel partners and resellers for Kalodata and Kaloboost in the e-commerce sector.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, including C-level executives and sales leaders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective partners and clients in Mandarin and English.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing models, and contractual terms to ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized sales collateral, case studies, and promotional materials for Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management within the SaaS, AI, or e-commerce technology industry.
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline of partners and close deals independently.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, data analytics, and AI-driven software applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Selangor and other parts of Malaysia for partner meetings and industry events.
