Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education and consulting sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and educational institutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Present company solutions and services to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Track and report on sales metrics and business development activities
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong understanding of the education industry and consulting services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is highly advantageous
