Amalgamated Facility Services Sdn Bhd invites you to join as a Business Development Executive in Selangor. You will acquire customers, generate leads, manage prospects, and close deals with a consultative approach. This role rewards initiative, energy, and strong interpersonal skills.
As a key member of the sales team, you will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, research referrals, and network with potential clients across the region. Present tailored service offerings, conduct compelling proposals, and convert opportunities into sustained partnerships. You will collaborate with marketing to maximize lead flow, and you will maintain an accurate CRM-driven pipeline with regular reports to management. Travel within Selangor and nearby areas may be required as part of the role.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within Selangor for facility services solutions.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Present customized service offerings and conduct effective product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records, forecast sales, and provide regular performance reports.
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in facility services or a related sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel within Selangor and surrounding areas as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative selling approach.
- Fluent in English and Malay; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus.
