Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients while maintaining profitable partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated business development strategies and campaigns
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders
- Track, analyze, and report on business development metrics, KPIs, and pipeline performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven work experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
- Experience in market research, analysis, and strategic planning
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools
- Willingness to work on-site in Batangas, Calabarzon and travel as needed
