Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular site visits and professional consultation.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity updates to management.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide tailored hydraulic solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in the hydraulics industry.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (industrial background is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset and a hunger for hitting targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for pipeline management.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
